We are a non-profit organization which dedicates itself to promote running for persons of all levels and abilities; from walker to marathoner; beginner to elite. We are a member of the Road Runners Club of America, RRCA, with more than 190 clubs and over 180,000 members. | |

We hold weekly non-competitive Group Runs where members can come together to share their experiences and build their running; from 1 to 3 miles, ideally suited for the beginner runner, as well as the seasoned athlete. | |  Additionally, we attend races in the area, and even out of state. We send periodic e-mails keeping you informed of upcoming races and events. Posting information to this web-site is our electronic newsletter, so you can receive timely information.
